🎯 Your Mission
As Site Manager, you will:
Lead full maintenance oversight across assigned plant areas
Drive reliability performance and maintenance KPIs
Ensure strict compliance with HSE and corporate safety standards
Govern contractor performance, claims, change orders, and invoice approvals
Provide contractual and operational checks & balances
Resolve technical and commercial disputes with mature leadership
Strengthen technical capability through workforce development
This is a high-accountability leadership role requiring strategic vision combined with strong technical authority.
👤 Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical)
Minimum 15+ years of solid refinery and/or petrochemical maintenance experience, with strong technical expertise in maintenance engineering, asset reliability, integrity systems, and shutdown/turnaround environments
Demonstrated expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
Strong hands-on knowledge of CMMS systems, RCM methodologies, and performance optimization
Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary maintenance teams
Strong commercial and contractual governance experience
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, multicultural industrial environments
