Who are we looking for?
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will maintain all corporate employee relations and coordinate effective communication between employees and management. Also, help in forming strategic plans for departments and maintain their cash flows.
Minimum Requirements
- Saudi nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
- 15 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficient at organization, communication, problem-solving, speaking, writing, and research.
- Strategic thinking, decision-making, leadership and effective delegation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of all employee relations matters to ensure adherence to legislation and alignment with corporate values.
- Supervise effective communication with employees and management. Also, advise functional and operational management on employee relations.
- Lead the department to prepare budgets, monitor expenditures and develop strategies to cut unnecessary costs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the department's strategic plan and monitor performance to have a highly motivated and competent team.
- Manage the following HR services:
- Home Ownership Program
- Medical Insurance
- Employee benefits (housing, transportation, saving plan) through SAP.
- Government relation processes for employees
- Investigation and Counseling
- Time Keeping
- Supporting department managers in HR-related matters (overtime, attendance, appeals, housing corrective actions, etc.)

Stages of our Hiring Process
1. Resume Evaluation:

If your resume evaluation is compatible with this position, our recruitment team will invite you to a preliminary phone interview.
If your resume evaluation is rejected, you will receive an e-mail notification.
2. Interviews Stage:
2.1 LHR Americas preliminary interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will contact you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications.
If this preliminary screening is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.
2.2 Client Interview: If your resume is approved by our client, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will get back to you and schedule a face-to-face or virtual interview. We cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it normally takes 7 to 14 days.
The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.
2.3 There could be additional interviews with hiring managers, which may also contain technical questions that will help them assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.
3. Conditional Offer:
A successful interview may result in an offer of employment subject to a background and qualifications check.
