Who are we looking for?

Our client is seeking an experienced Planning/Analysis Supervisor who is expected to have knowledge and proficiency in the skills of identifying strategic solutions to meet corporate objectives as a service provider and managing end-to-end customer relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in business or technical field.
• 5 to 10 years experience as a consultant or in a similar role with a service-oriented mindset.
• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in the energy industry across the value chain.
• Strong analytical skills with strategic perspective and proficiency in program or project management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level interactions.
• Able to work in person in an office environment located in downtown Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program management of business improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure established KPIs are met.
• Identify new collaboration or service delivery opportunities for Aramco Affiliates in the Americas and drive coordination across different Departments to develop or amend service agreements as needed.
• Collaborate with the organization's Americas leadership team and their direct reports to deliver corporate objectives.
• Develop management briefs or reports on behalf of the Office of the President for the client's group executives.
• Provide input to update company processes and procedures based on industry best practices, audit recommendations, or Aramco transformational programs.
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

4. Conditional Offer:

A successful interview may result in a conditional job offer.
